To export more than 2500 leads per day, you can upgrade to a plan that includes Import Sharing.

This feature allows multiple users within your organization—each with their own Sales Navigator account—to combine their daily import limits. For example:

• 2 users with Sales Navigator = 2 × 2500 = 5000 leads/day
• 3 users with Sales Navigator = 7500 leads/day
• And so on.

This setup allows you to scale your daily import capacity efficiently across your team without needing to split operations manually.

To enable this, simply upgrade to a plan that includes Import Sharing.
